2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

3. Purpose of the Website

The Website presents general information about Guest Medical and its infection prevention and hygiene products, and provides a way to contact us. It is a transitional site while our full website is being rebuilt. It is directed at professional and institutional audiences and does not sell products directly.

4. Accuracy of information and disclaimer

We take care to keep the content of the Website accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty, express or implied, as to its completeness, accuracy or currency. Content is provided for general information only. It is not, and must not be relied on as, clinical, financial, procurement or legal advice. Any pricing, product information, offers and estimates communicated through or following use of the Website are indicative and illustrative only and do not constitute a binding quotation or contractual offer.

5. Product information and regulatory status

Our products are intended for professional use in accordance with their labels, instructions and applicable law. Product availability, classification and approved uses can differ between countries. Always read the label and product information before use, and direct product questions to us or to your local distributor.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, product names and the Guest Medical brand, is owned by or licensed to Guest Medical Limited and is protected by intellectual property law. CHLOR-CLEAN and other product names referenced on the Website are trade marks of Guest Medical Limited or its group companies.

7. Permitted use

You may view the Website, and download or print extracts, for your own professional evaluation of our products and services, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact.

8. Prohibited use

You must not misuse the Website. In particular you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its infrastructure, probe or test its security, introduce malicious code, scrape or bulk-extract content, submit false or misleading information through the contact form, or use the Website in any way that breaches applicable law.

9. Third-party content and links

The Website may link to third-party websites, including websites of our group and product brands. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website or from reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data.

11. Website availability and hosting

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website and may change, suspend or withdraw it, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. As a transitional site, its content will be replaced when our new website launches. The Website is hosted on servers located in the European Union; details on how personal data is handled there are set out in the Privacy Notice.

12. Inquiries via the Website

Submissions through the contact form are subject to the consent described on the form and processed as set out in our Privacy Notice. Submitting the form does not create a contractual relationship. We aim to respond promptly but do not commit to a response time. Inquiry data may be shared within the Guest Medical corporate group for handling and administration, as described in the Privacy Notice.

13. Consent, newsletter and marketing

The contact form contains a mandatory consent checkbox covering these Terms and the Privacy Notice, and a separate, optional newsletter checkbox. Ticking the newsletter checkbox is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time free of charge via the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. Responding directly to your inquiry does not depend on the newsletter opt-in.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms by updating this page. The version published on the Website at the time of your visit applies. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Website.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.

18. Accessibility and contact

We aim to keep the Website usable for as many visitors as possible. If you have difficulty using it, or any question about these Terms, contact us at info@guestmed.com.
